Executive Director, UCE
Andrew has a BA in International Studies with minors in Leadership and History from the Virginia Military Institute. He has a MA in International Administration from the University of Denver, and a Certificate in Finance from the Daniels College of Business. He served in the Peace Corps in Lesotho as an HIV/AIDS advisor and has also lived or worked in Uganda, Burundi, Tanzania, Austria, and Haiti. He has been the Executive Director of UCE since 2010, and has a passion for teaching youth a Christ-centered message. Andrew has spoken to thousands of youth in Uganda, Burundi, Tanzania, Nigeria, the USA, and the Philippines on chastity, pornography, True Love, and other related topics. He has also spoken at several seminaries on the topic of ‘celibate chastity.’ As of January 2017, Andrew is now teaching chastity in Belize.
