Mr. Banner has been engaged in the practice of law since 1972 and is currently a principal stockholder of Banner & Bower, P.C. located in Pueblo, Colorado, specializing in civil matters with emphasis on real estate, wills, trusts, estates, partnership, business, transactional work,corporate and banking.

Mr. Banner isa member of the Pueblo County Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association, and National Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the Christian Legal Society, the national Association of Philanthropic Planners and the Colorado Planned Giving Roundtable. He has been associated as a board member including chair positions with a variety of local nonprofits throughout his career.
