Andrew has a BA in International Studies with minors in Leadership and History from the Virginia Military Institute. He has a MA in International Administration from the University of Denver, and a Certificate in Finance from the Daniels College of Business. He served in the Peace Corps in Lesotho as an HIV/AIDS advisor and also lived or worked in Uganda, Burundi, Tanzania, Austria, and Haiti. He served as the Executive Director of UCE from 2010-2017 with a passion for teaching youth a Christ-centered message. Andrew has spoken to thousands of youth in Uganda, Burundi, Tanzania, Nigeria, the USA, and the Philippines on chastity, pornography, True Love, and other related topics. He has also spoken at several seminaries on the topic of ‘celibate chastity.’
