UCE Builds Marriages

Universal Chastity Education’s missionary work has also helped to build marriages. Enjoy some beautiful UCE testimonies below. Please help UCE continue to build marriages!

A Wedding Day Testimony, Dixon’s testimony

“Second Chances”

During a one hour UCE radio broadcast during our mission trip to UCE-Burundi, a man named Enoch called in to thank UCE for the message and say that from this moment forward, “I will now be faithful to my wife”! Dr. Kim Dernovsek responded to him, and all the on-air listeners, “while some have the opportunity to sign a UCE chastity card in person, the radio listeners can join Enoch and sign a card in their hearts”!

“UCE Africa Director’s Witness”

Mr. Isaac Lema, UCE-Africa Director, was one of the founders of UCE-Tanzania in 2009. He found UCE to be opportunity to serve God on another level after serving God in college through various ministries. He depended on God’s providence and took the chastity message to heart. On August 8, 2014 he married his sweetheart, Emilene (see accompanied picture). In 2015, Mr. and Mrs. Lema pioneered encouraging married couples to sign UCE faithfulness cards. Just as a signed UCE chastity card was a reminder of a youth’s commitment to abstinence before marriage, so also the signed UCE faithfulness card was to be a reminder of faithfulness to their spouse.  In their own words, “We are very grateful to UCE board of directors and executive director. You have been our guardian through your endlessly encouragement, support, dedication and prayers. Through UCE I was able to stand and help others in need of healthy lives by choosing abstinence.”

“Traveling Salesman Witness”

USA Director, Sarah Smith recounts “A woman came up to me after I gave a short UCE mission appeal at a church in Colorado and said, hey, I just wanted to stop by and encourage you to never stop your chastity message. You see, I’m widowed for 4 years now, but my husband was a traveling salesman. He believed in chastity and kept a chastity card in his wallet. I never knew until his funeral the impact that chastity card had on people around him. Several stood up at his funeral saying how my husband told him/her about the chastity card he carried in his wallet. So the lady said to me, ‘don’t ever stop your message of chastity, you never know the impact it will have. I just had to tell you that’ and she left.
